Thank you for the interest in my practice. Transitions in life are often difficult,

and in our society, we often are not taught the tools to support us during these times. Graduating college, and navigating life in our early twenties is often filled with confusing aspects to navigate from relationships, work, and difficult changes in our life structure, especially when we add the impact of a global pandemic.

I hope to support you in navigating this novel and challenging time by

providing a space where you feel comfortable expressing your concerns openly as you navigate the complexities of life’s changes. During a chaotic and often complicated time of life, I hope to assist you in laying out the landscape of your thoughts and feelings and bring curiosity and compassion to your internal and external world.

My approach is person-centered, meaning that it is tailored to each client and their desires and goals. I consider the different aspects of your life relationships, past experiences, environment. In my work, I use aspects of narrative therapy. Narrative therapy assists you in understanding the stories we tell ourselves and others allowing you to become an expert in your own life. Other modalities that I also use include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Self-Compassion, and Mindfulness.
