Superbills can be provided for Out of Network clients. Superbills allow clients to seek reimbursement from their insurance carrier when their healthcare provider does not accept their insurance.
Private Pay Each provider sets their own rates, which range between $175 to $425 per hour (individual and couples). For private pay rates, please call. Many of our counselors provide sliding scale fees to those in need.
In California, we do not accept insurance; Veronica Anderson operates as a private-pay, concierge therapist to protect your privacy and clinical autonomy. Her work blends evidence-based psychotherapy with leadership development and executive-level skills coaching. An integrated service model that falls outside the scope of insurance benefits.

Your first therapy session is a chance to connect with a licensed therapist and explore whether our approach feels like the right fit for you. Together, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you into therapy, whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, or something else, and what you hope to accomplish. You’ll have space to ask questions and learn how we approach mental health counseling. Because every person is different, each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Therapy can be a powerful and rewarding experience, but it may also bring up difficult emotions along the way. It’s completely normal to feel discomfort, sadness, or emotional overwhelm during or after a counseling session, this is often part of the healing process. These feelings don’t mean therapy isn’t working; in fact, they can signal growth and change. Our licensed mental health counselors will support you through these moments with care and compassion. We encourage you to share your reactions so we can better help you move toward greater emotional well-being, personal growth, and the goals that matter most to you.
Your privacy matters. As licensed mental health professionals, we are legally and ethically committed to protecting your confidentiality throughout the counseling process. There are a few important exceptions to this, such as situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others, or reports of child abuse, elder abuse, or abuse of a dependent adult. We’ll review these exceptions in your first therapy session and are always available to answer any questions or concerns. Your emotional safety and trust are essential parts of your work with us.
