Do you take my insurance?
Our Washington location is in network with several major plans in Washington.
Before your first visit, we’ll verify eligibility, copay/coinsurance, and deductible and confirm whether telehealth is covered.
If we’re out of network for your plan, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement.
Start with taking a look at our Therapist page, then schedule a complimentary consultation. We’ll recommend 1–2 clinicians based on specialty (e.g., anxiety, trauma, relationships), schedule, cultural fit, and modality. If the first match isn’t ideal, we’ll help you switch; no drama.
Do you offer both in-person and telehealth?
Yes we have a limited option of appointments in our Seattle location and telehealth statewide in Washington.
Telehealth requires a private space and stable internet; we’ll confirm your physical location each session to stay compliant with state regulations.
What issues and age groups do you work with?
Our team sees adults and older teens (some clinicians also see children or couples. See profiles).
Common concerns include anxiety, depression, trauma impacts, burnout, life transitions, and relationship stress. Each clinician lists their modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT skills, IFS-informed, and several more!).
How soon can I get an appointment?
Most clients are scheduled within 1–2 weeks; same-week openings occur. If your preferred clinician is full, we’ll offer another qualified provider or place you on a waitlist and notify you when a spot opens.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice of cancelation. Each therapist charge a fee for no call/no show and cancelations less than 24 hours.
