ranging from a recent college-graduate to a Sr. Executive who would be working on Jeff Bezos initiatives. Understanding this mix of customers, Michael used this as an opportunity to illustrate the correlation between the business decisions made by our Leaders in corporate roles affecting the leaders and employees working in the Fulfillment Centers. Michael designed-in an empathetic way of teaching the downstream impact of decision-making.

In particular, Michael introduced the use of Virtual and Augmented-Reality into the world of training at Amazon. One of Michael’s projects was geared at solving a multi-layered problem that spanned to multi-departments and required employees to safely operate high-risk equipment.

24-years of my professional life have been in the field of behavioral-studies, with the latter 10-years of my career having a focus on the integration of Adult-Learning into the world of Artificial-Intelligence, Machine-Learning, and the meta-verse. My broad range of professional oversight include conducting organizational-behavior assessments and implementation of culture-change plans in both union and non-union environments; to pioneering a first-in-kind, award-winning Virtual-Reality meta-verse to train individuals how to operate a forklift within Amazon fulfillment-centers.

Having held an array of roles dedicated to studying human-behavior, I am fortunate to have an opportunity to observe and apply findings of correlations which may not be readily seen, viewing the mind as a bio-mechanical machine. Through my work overseeing Global Policy & Procedures, I conducted studies following the principles found in the science of cymatics relative to the development and communication to both the conscious and subconscious mind. By applying these learnings within the systems, standards and processes utilized in Big-Tech, my work assists in capturing the data necessary for specific projects involving technology relative to a person’s learning, muscle memory and decision-making, what I call one’s “behavioral-algorithm.”

Michael coaches/mentors/teaches self-driven leaders who are dedicated to digging-deep into themselves, identifying their opportune areas of focus, while creating measurable and sustaining plans that lead to their best-self and goals.
