I am a dedicated therapist with a deep understanding of depression and its impact on daily life. My approach is rooted in empathy and evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I work closely with clients to help them navigate their feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and fatigue. Many of my clients have shared sentiments such as, “I feel like I’m stuck in a dark place,” and “I can’t find joy in anything anymore.” Witnessing clients’ breakthroughs, like when they start recognizing their own patterns and begin setting healthy boundaries, is incredibly rewarding.
