My Approach to Therapy 

My practice is warm and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel truly seen and supported. I use a framework that draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy. I also incorporate mindfulness-based practices to help you build self-awareness and emotional regulation.
 
We’ll explore relational dynamics using attachment theory, which can help you notice patterns and develop healthier ways of connecting with yourself and others.
If you’re at a crossroads, experiencing emotional burnout, or simply want to deepen your understanding of yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you—at your pace and in your process.
