I am a dedicated therapist with extensive experience in helping clients navigate life's challenges. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
Many of my clients have shared sentiments such as, “I can’t seem to quiet my mind, even when I’m exhausted,” and “I feel guilty about everything, even things that aren’t my fault.” Witnessing clients’ breakthroughs, like when they start becoming self-aware of their own patterns and behavior or begin setting boundaries and becoming confident in themselves, is incredibly rewarding.
Client Experiences:
Clients often come to me struggling with mood swings, instability in relationships, jobs, mood, and energy, inability to relax, overthinking, suicidality, depressed mood, and difficulties with sleep. A common challenge for many clients is dealing with negative thoughts that wake them up at 3am, such as, “I am not good enough. I am unlovable,” or “Excessive guilt – Am I a bad person?” When clients reach a goal, they often express their readiness to tackle new challenges, saying, “I am ready to work on something else.”
Goals for Clients: My ultimate hope is that clients will feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges independently. I aim for them to believe in themselves, take care of themselves, establish healthy boundaries, and seek help when needed.
