Are you finding life has lost some of the passion you once knew?

Whether it’s problems at work, in relationships, or in your personal life, I am here to listen and to help you. Maybe you have recently felt lost at work and need help providing some context for what you are experiencing. We will explore these and other issues in therapy providing you with insight into the inner workings of some of the deep rooted issues that can happen to us all. We will explore these issues in a safe environment that also provides life giving space from the issue itself.

I focus on treating couples and individuals with a variety of mental health issues and illnesses. I work best with clients who have past trauma, depression, anxiety, and those going through grief.

I will support you in releasing negative thought patterns, provide you with psychoeducation, and give you mindfulness based coping skills in working through some of the issues that come up for you on a daily basis.

I strive to create and foster that safe space where individuals and couples can come in and process issues with work, relationships, and personal life stresses without judgement. I believe that at the root of some of our issues is a longing for deeper more meaningful connection with the world around us and ourselves. I have extensive experience working with clients who have struggled with depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia and those going through life transitions. I look for behaviors, thoughts, and actions within these struggles that may impede progress and contribute to a client feeling stuck and use a custom approach to resolving those issues.
I utilize a combination of approaches that are custom made to each client’s unique needs. During session we may use theories that I have used in the past such as CBT, Solution Focused, Family Systems, mindfulness and client centered therapies to assist you in moving forward in your therapy journey. I have found that these approaches have been affective for treating both individuals and couples in my practice and allow me to understand where the client is coming from.
