I believe life can feel both long and short and wanting to feel present in the moment can be so challenging when confronted with the stressors of every day and carrying the heavy load of our histories.

We can feel like our minds are living in past rerunning painful events or living in the future trying to control the uncontrollable. I work to show up authentically and genuinely for clients to create a space to explore those histories while developing short term coping strategies to confront our pain and observe our emotions in the present. I will work with you to create goals and identify what is working and not working now to get to feeling you are living fully.

By exploring who you are fully, I work to create a space where my clients can show up authentically and explore past pain while implementing coping skills to use now.

We can work together to create a tool box to open up for some short term solutions while doing some long term work. We can identify together what you may be doing now to cope with painful aspects of life and implement goals to find ways to meet challenges holistically and healthily.

My primary area of focus is working with clients on anxiety, parenting concerns, unhealthy coping skills like self-medicating and relationship issues. I utilize attachment theory to help get a better understanding of who you are while finding mindful emotional strategies through DBT and ACT work.

Call and/or email today and we will explore ways to help you work through the difficulty while finding ways to feel joyful and fully present.

I work with clients wanting to focus on:

Addiction
Codependency
Coping Skills
Domestic Abuse
Dual Diagnosis
