As part of the therapeutic process, I believe it is important to learn from our own inner worlds, finding gratitude for the strengths that exist within,

while creating space and mindfulness around the healthy, and balanced functioning you strive for and define for yourself. I use art, imagery, visualization and a compassionate communication framework to explore this with you.

For reasons known and unknown, sometimes it is believed that external to ourselves, there is already a

determination of how we should be in the world or a solution that if only can find it, and adapt to it, and adopt it, all will be well – though I am solution focused I will assist you in identifying your own solution, insight and practices that you can accept in your life.

I acknowledge that though there is a lot to be learned from the external world, there is a depth to our individual worlds unmatched by others due to our own unique experiences — it is our hearts, minds, and movements that compel us forward, free us, constrict us, and hang on tight to make sure we are coping with whatever the world has flung our way. I believe health is a whole person job, including the energy you derive (or don’t derive) from food and physical movement in your patterns and language you use with yourself and others. I believe this is the journey that guides us towards peace and away from pain.
